01 / The deposit

Client Protection is an additional layer of financial security designed to help safeguard clients of regulated forex brokers. Under this program, a participating broker places a predefined amount of funds as a protection deposit with the forex regulator. These funds are held separately by the regulator and serve as a financial guarantee for eligible clients of that broker. The protection amount represents the maximum coverage available under the broker’s Client Protection arrangement and provides clients with greater confidence that an independent financial safeguard exists beyond the broker itself.

02 / Claims and compensation

If a client suffers a financial loss and submits a formal claim or complaint to the regulator, the case is reviewed independently to determine whether the claim is valid and falls within the scope of the protection program. When the regulator confirms that the client is entitled to compensation, the verified loss may be reimbursed from the broker’s protection deposit, up to the applicable Client Protection limit. In this way, Client Protection helps reduce counterparty risk and provides an additional level of assurance for clients who deposit funds with participating forex brokers.
