The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) of Belgium has issued a public warning regarding the activities of Levels Socials, an entity operating irregularly within Belgian territory. According to the financial regulator, Levels Socials is not authorized to offer investment services or financial products in Belgium. The FSMA strongly urges the public to refrain from responding to any financial service offers made by this firm and warns against transferring money to any bank accounts associated with it. Information gathered by the regulator indicates that Levels Socials may be operating as a fraudulent trading platform. Such deceptive websites frequently lure investors with claims of fast, easy profits. In reality, these schemes are designed to mislead consumers and can result in severe financial losses. Levels Socials has been officially added to the FSMA's warning list of unauthorized and fraudulent platforms. Advice for Potential Victims The FSMA provides the following recommendations for anyone who has interacted with or invested through Levels Socials: 1. Stop all transactions and immediately break off all contact. Do not send further payments or share additional personal and financial information, as scammers often use manipulation tactics to demand more funds. 2. Contact your bank immediately to report any transfers made to the fraudulent platform. 3. Report the incident to the appropriate authorities, including the FSMA and local law enforcement. 4. Preserve all documentation, including messages, emails, account statements, and transaction screenshots, to assist investigators. 5. Beware of recovery room fraud. Scammers frequently re-target victims under the guise of recovery specialists offering to retrieve lost funds for an upfront fee, which is simply a secondary scam.
