The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) of Belgium has issued a public warning regarding the ongoing operation of fraudulent online trading platforms. These deceptive operators lure investors with promises of quick and substantial returns, which mask organized schemes designed to inflict heavy financial losses. According to the FSMA, operators of these schemes rely on diverse solicitation methods to ensnare potential victims. These tactics include fraudulent advertisements featuring unauthorized images of well-known public figures, misleading recruitment websites, fake profiles on social networks or dating applications such as Tinder, Bumble, and Happn, unsolicited messages sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram under the guise of an accidental message, unauthorized additions to group chats, and referral solicitations from acquaintances. Once contact is established, perpetrators promise unrealistic investment returns achieved in minimal time. Victims are prompted to register and make an initial deposit, frequently around 250 euros. In some cases, operators convince victims to grant remote access to their computers under the pretext of assisting with transfers, which exposes users to the installation of malicious software or spyware. Following the initial deposit, the platforms display fabricated trading profits to simulate successful investments while no actual trades take place. Fraudsters then apply aggressive psychological pressure—such as persistent phone calls, artificial time limits, and threats—to compel victims to deposit larger amounts of capital. When investors attempt to withdraw their funds, the platforms invent obstacles, claiming that high processing fees or taxes must be paid before any money can be released. Some platforms also operate pyramid-like structures where early payouts depend on recruiting new participants. Eventually, the platforms cease communication and disappear with the deposited funds. The FSMA has identified the following websites that funnel consumers toward fraudulent trading entities: - Blackrose Finbitnex (blackrosefinbitnex.com, blackrose-finbitnex.com, blackrosefinbitnexai.com) - Dexlink / Repère Dexlink (repere-dexlink.com) - FlandrexBit (flandrexbit.com) - Fyronex Driftor GPT (fyronexdriftor-gpt.com, fyronexdriftor-gpt.net) - Pagtrix AI (neo-profit-ai.com, pagtrixaiapp.com, quantum-ai-trading.nl, qumasai.org) Additionally, the FSMA strongly advises against interacting with or depositing funds into the following unauthorized trading platforms and clone firms: - Blaxton (blaxtongroup.com, vc.blaxtongroup.com) - Cyrosalnix (cyrosalnix.com) - EQUITY T S PTY LTD (Clone) (equityts.com, live.faralloncapitalgroup.investments, wayatrading.com, wayatrading.trade) - Fibovest (fibovest.com) - Fintrionyx Capital (fintrionyx-capital.co, webtrader.fintrionyx-capital.cx, fintrionyx-capital.fi, webtrader.fintrionyx-capital.ac) - FTMX Global (ftmxglobal.com) - Galveston Advisory (Clone) (galvestonadvisory.com) - Glenstone Advisory (Clone) (glenstoneadvisory.com) - Interactive Markets (interactive-market.net) - London Bridge (londonbridge.ai) - Luxenrise (luxenrise.com, trading.luxenrise.com) - MonexaholldingNeoWaySolution (neowaysolution.net) - Picktan Capital (Clone) (picktancapital.com) - Primeber Group (primebergroup.com, primeber-group.com) - ProTradeAlliance (protradealliance.com) - Quantoria Markets (quantoria-markets.net) - Richmond Terrace Capital (Clone) (richmondterracecapital.com) - Signal-Markets (signal-markets.com) - TheAdvisorSynergy (theadvisorsynergy.com) The regulator warns that this list is not exhaustive and that consumers should verify whether financial providers hold valid authorizations before making investments. For individuals who have already interacted with these platforms, the FSMA recommends immediately ceasing all transfers, cutting off all communication, and leaving associated messaging groups. Victims should immediately inform their banking institutions, report the incident to the police and financial authorities, and preserve all evidence, including transaction records, messages, and screenshots. Furthermore, consumers are cautioned against secondary recovery scams, known as recovery rooms, where fraudsters impersonate recovery specialists demanding upfront fees to retrieve lost capital.
