The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) of Belgium has issued a formal warning to the public concerning the financial activities conducted by Cédric Bergans, who also operates under the commercial name BC Edufin Academy. According to the FSMA, Cédric Bergans is not registered with the regulator and lacks the mandatory authorization to offer regulated financial products and services to Belgian consumers. He has reportedly offered investment advice and services, collecting funds from consumers under the premise of financial coaching. Mr. Bergans has also promoted training programs related to Forex trading.
