The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) of Belgium has issued a formal warning against the trading platform Arbionis-be.com, alerting the public to its irregular and unauthorized financial activities. According to the regulatory alert, Arbionis-be.com is operating without the necessary authorization to provide financial services or investment products in Belgium. The platform targets potential investors by promising unrealistically high returns within an extremely short timeframe—claims that far exceed genuine market capabilities. To deceive consumers, Arbionis-be.com uses fabricated testimonials, including fake endorsements falsely attributed to deceased celebrities. The FSMA noted that the fraudulent network behind Arbionis-be.com also operates other similar websites under the same deceptive framework. The regulator has officially added Arbionis-be.com to its list of fraudulent trading platforms and strongly urges the public to refrain from engaging with or investing through this website. Investors are advised to always check the authorization of any financial service provider before committing funds.
