Do not send money, disclose credentials, or use contact details supplied in an unsolicited message. Verify the organisation independently.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK has issued a warning against VFM Leasing, identifying it as a fraudulent clone firm. Fraudsters behind this entity are deliberately copying details from an FCA-authorised firm to deceive consumers and promote unauthorized financial services. According to the FCA, the scammers are operating under the name VFM Leasing and using the website https://venusfleetmanagement.com/ along with the email [email protected], landline 01518084445, and mobile number +447537130280. They may also distribute other false contact information or combine their own details with genuine corporate records to appear legitimate. The genuine, fully authorized firm has no connection whatsoever with this clone operation. The legitimate entity is Venus Fleet Management Limited (FRN: 659744), located at Castlefield House, Chapel Street, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 2AL, UNITED KINGDOM, reachable via telephone at (+44) 1274270859 and email at [email protected]. Consumers who engage with unauthorized clone firms like VFM Leasing lose access to essential regulatory protections. This means you will not be able to file complaints through the Financial Ombudsman Service or claim compensation through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) should financial losses occur. To avoid financial scams, consumers are urged to verify any company through the official FCA Register before entering into any agreements or transferring funds. Always use the verified contact details listed on the regulator's registry rather than links or contact numbers provided directly by unsolicited communications. If you suspect you have been targeted by VFM Leasing or another clone firm, report it directly to the FCA.
