Do not send money, disclose credentials, or use contact details supplied in an unsolicited message. Verify the organisation independently.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued an official warning against Ehamarkets, an entity suspected of providing and promoting financial products and services to UK consumers without proper regulatory authorisation. Under UK law, virtually all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or facilitating financial services must be registered or authorised by the FCA. Ehamarkets lacks the required credentials and has not been granted permission to target or onboard clients within the United Kingdom. According to the FCA, the firm operates online through the websites www.ehamarkets.net and https://www.ehamarkets.com. Regulators caution that unauthorised entities frequently alter their contact details, switch domain names, or provide inaccurate information to conceal their true identity and mislead prospective investors. Engaging with an unauthorised financial provider exposes investors to significant financial risk. Customers who trade or invest with Ehamarkets will not have access to official dispute resolution mechanisms, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, nor will their funds be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) in the event of default or business failure. Investors are advised to consult the FCA Warning List and verify any firm's regulatory status via the official FCA register before transferring money or committing funds to online trading platforms. Anyone who has been approached by Ehamarkets or suspects fraudulent activity should contact the FCA directly.
