The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued an official warning against Ander Financial Services, alerting investors that the entity is operating without authorization and is cloning a legitimate UK-registered entity to target consumers.
According to the FCA, the unauthorized firm is falsely using the name, registered office address, and UK Companies House registration number (10917798) belonging to the genuine entity, Ander Financial Services Limited. The legitimate company has confirmed it has no association whatsoever with this clone operation.
