The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued an official alert warning investors against engaging with several websites that are offering financial and cryptocurrency services without legal authorization. According to CySEC, the flagged platforms do not belong to any entity granted authorization for the provision of investment services and investment activities under Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017. Additionally, none of these entities hold authorization to deliver crypto-asset services under Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. The regulator specifically listed the following unauthorized websites: - amazon-forex.com - novatradecore.com - vall-fin.com - daoroyal.com - capitaldealhub.com/AI_app_es - digiteamagency.com/second-income/ - seamanfx.com - newfuturevip.com - trademarketcup.com - fxtrade.app Engaging with unauthorized and unregulated platforms exposes investors to significant financial risks, including fraud and the potential total loss of deposited capital. Because these operators lack valid licenses, clients are not covered by statutory investor protection mechanisms or compensation funds. CySEC urges all market participants to verify the licensing status of any investment firm or crypto-asset service provider prior to committing funds. Investors can check the list of authorized and regulated entities directly on the official CySEC website (www.cysec.gov.cy).
