According to the FCA, Capital Zodiac is operating as a clone firm, utilizing false information and the credentials of an authorized business to deceive prospective clients. The unauthorized entity has been promoting its services through the websites capitalzodiac.com and capitalzodiac.net, alongside the contact telephone number +33179976683. The regulator clarified that the clone has no association with the genuine, FCA-authorized entity, Zodiac Partners Ltd (Firm Reference Number: 806702), which operates from Dixon House, 1 Lloyds Avenue, London, and uses the official domain zodiacpartners.co.uk. The FCA warned that individuals who conduct financial business with unauthorized or clone firms will lose access to statutory protections, including the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The regulator strongly advises consumers to verify all firm details on the FCA Register before entering into any financial agreements or transferring funds.
