The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced the lapse of the authorisation license for Scivias Trust Management Limited, a company providing administrative services. According to the regulatory announcement, the firm's status as an authorised administrative services provider has officially lapsed in accordance with the regulatory framework governing trust and company service providers in Cyprus. CySEC oversees administrative service providers to ensure compliance with national and European standards governing financial and corporate administration. Following the lapse of its authorisation, the company is no longer permitted to offer regulated administrative services under CySEC's supervision.
