The entity operated as an Alternative Investment Fund with a Limited Number of Persons (AIFLNP) under the regulatory framework of Cyprus. Following the regulatory announcement, the fund enters formal liquidation proceedings in accordance with relevant national financial services legislation and CySEC oversight.
