The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced the dissolution and liquidation of NAVIGIUM CAPITAL RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC. NAVIGIUM CAPITAL operated as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) in the form of a variable capital investment company (V.C.I.C.) under the regulatory framework of Cyprus. Following the regulatory announcement, the entity enters the liquidation process in accordance with applicable financial services legislation and supervisory guidelines overseen by CySEC.
